The Challenge

Greenlit in April 2025 with a hard construction start date of September 1st, the full build had to be completed by October 22nd — less than eight weeks. The compressed timeline required simultaneous sourcing of architects, a general contractor, and multiple specialty trades while securing all required permits.

The Approach

Successfully sourced and engaged architects, a general contractor, and specialty trades in parallel. Managed permitting, coordinated all stakeholders, and maintained rigorous schedule oversight to ensure every phase launched and delivered on time.

The Outcome

The project launched and delivered on time — a full office remodel, staff lounge, and all-gender restroom completed within an eight-week construction window, demonstrating the ability to execute complex work under intense time constraints.
