The Approach

Responsible for the sourcing, coordination, and implementation of programmable lighting infrastructure. Managed relationships with multiple vendors and partners to deliver a system designed for both aesthetic impact and operational longevity.

The Outcome

The retrofit transformed the arches into a dynamic, programmable landmark — enabling game-day activations with the Seattle Kraken and NHL while significantly reducing energy consumption. The project received broad media coverage and became a model for public-private facility partnerships.
