Project information
This project exemplifies my ability to lead complex work under intense time constraints. Greenlit in April 2025 with a hard construction start date of September 1st, the full build had to be completed by October 22nd, less than eight weeks. I successfully sourced and engaged architects, a general contractor, and specialty trades, while also securing all required permits, ensuring the project launched and delivered on time.
